Lindsay Bondurant, PhD, CCC-A

Dr. Lindsay Bondurant brings over 20 years of experience as a pediatric audiologist and educational professional. As clinic director, she guides the day-to-day management of PEI including clinical operations and patient care.

Dr. Bondurant has extensive experience in managing clinical facilities and teaching at both the graduate and undergraduate level. Prior to joining the team at PEI, she was an assistant professor of audiology, a pediatric audiologist and an audiology clinical supervisor at East Tennessee State University. She previously served as director of the Children’s Hearing Evaluation and (Re)Habilitation Program at Illinois State University, director of Pediatric Audiology at Temple University Children’s Medical Center, and director of Audiology at St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children in Philadelphia.

She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in communication sciences and disorders with highest honors from the University of Florida, and earned her Master of Science in audiology from Vanderbilt University. She holds a PhD in communication sciences and disorders from The University of Texas at Dallas, and is conversant in American Sign Language and Spanish.

Dr. Bondurant is a member of numerous professional organizations including the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association, the American Academy of Audiology and the Coalition for Global Hearing Health. She has written numerous journal articles, manuscripts and book chapters, and has participated in a variety of research projects and presentations. Additionally, Dr. Bondurant has served as the regional clinical advisor in the Midwest Region for the Special Olympics Healthy Hearing Program, and as a volunteer/project coordinator for Humanitarian Audiology Outreach initiatives in Guatemala, Kentucky and South Africa.
