Dr. Malloy attended Villanova University and graduated from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in 1996. She completed a residency in Primary Care at The Eye Institute the following year. After practicing primary care at The Eye Institute for several years, she completed fellowship training in neuro-ophthalmic disease in 2005.
Dr. Kelly Malloy is the Chief of the Neuro-Ophthalmic Disease Specialty Clinical Service at The Eye Institute and Co-Director of the Neuro-Ophthalmic Disease residency program at PCO/Salus. She has achieved Diplomate status in this specialty at the American Academy of Optometry. Dr. Kelly Malloy holds the rank of Professor at the Pennsylvania College of Optometry (PCO) of Salus University, where she specializes in neuro-ophthalmic disease. Besides her clinical patient care responsibilities, she also teaches in the Head & Neck Anatomy, Neuro-Anatomy, and Neuro-Ophthalmic Disease courses at Salus.
